I am a free spirit! I love to travel; experience so many first each time. I love sharing the islands of Hawaii with visitors who come here for a first time experience as well. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, outdoor adventures and dancing!

What are your thoughts on aging?

At 55, I feel better now than ever. I’ve realized that self care will keep me feeling better and in turn keep me young!

What wonderful things can younger women look forward to at your age? Younger women and girls, might think that it's scary getting older. Let's inspire them!

Freedom! Free to be yourself, free to enjoy the present, and freedom to love yourself more.

Share tips on how you celebrate yourself, what you do for fun, and self care.

My favorite spa is Serenity Spa. Chloe gives am amazing relaxing facial. I enjoy yoga and bodybalance classes at 24 hr fitness.

Share one experience/story. We all have life struggles. But the big share is how did you over come and lift yourself up? Advice to other women to empower them.

I realized that life comes in stages. Not all last as long as we anticipate so we have to pivot, try something new or change big things in our life. Keep learning and keep living!

What would you tell your 14-year-old self?

Learn and practice self care everyday otherwise you have nothing to give to others.

How is your age group relevant? We are under represented but one of the most powerful and influential demographics:

We are very different from our mothers. At this age after divorce, I see it as my place to travel and explore and do those things that I didn't do in my twenties when I was having babies. Try new things experience first time adventures. Live in the moment, not in the past. Not in the future. But in this moment right here.
