I am a 62 year old married woman with a supportive Husband and two amazing Sons. I am physically active, playing pickleball four times a week. My work is challenging and never ever boring!

What are your thoughts on aging?

Aging is a privilege! Age is just a number. Not everyone gets the gift of aging. Priorities have changed from your early years of proving your worth at work. Parenting goals change. With age, many people feel less concerned with opinions of others and are so much more comfortable in our own skin.

What wonderful things can younger women look forward to at your age? Younger women and girls, might think that it's scary getting older. Let's inspire them!

Just remember your beauty from the inside never fades. It just changes. Aging shouldn't be anything to dread, but seriously celebrated! Be confident with yourself in aging, prove them wrong!! Life doesn't get boring as you age, it just get's better and better.

Share tips on how you celebrate yourself, what you do for fun, and self care.

How do I celebrate myself? Well that easy! Pamper yourself! Manicures, Pedicures, Facials, Massage and of course Travel! Playing Pickleball with the most amazing people is great exercise and of course it's work detox. Pickleball is truly an endorphin boost! Moving your body literally shifts your mood chemistry, I consider myself so fortunate to have such a great group of friends to travel and play pickleball.

Share one experience/story. We all have life struggles. But the big share is how did you over come and lift yourself up? Advice to other women to empower them.

Not everyone has a chance to grow old. We fear the lines, covering the grays, wishing for the younger version of ourselves. The wrinkles, the stretch marks show that we have lived. Getting older means we get another day to spend with the people we love. Watching our children grow and have them grow old with us is a privilege.

What would you tell your 14-year-old self?

What would i tell my 14 year old self? The exact same thing I tell myself everyday. JUST LIVE your best life.You only get one chance!What is your definition of success?

What is your definition of success?

My definition of success? The family that I have raised. It's having the freedom to keep laughing and enjoying the little things.

What is the best advice you have been given?

Always be grateful. Always.
